Broadway (Standby)

Jennie was The Universal Standby for the three Schuyler sisters, commissioned to travel and perform in any of the four active companies across the country. Now we is exclusively with the Broadway company.


Broadway (Debut)

In Fall 2016, Jennie made her Broadway debut starring in the Lead role of Nettie in the Tony  and Grammy award winning musical "The Color Purple" . She closed out the show in 2017 with Tony winner Jennifer Holiday for also performed with Jennie's Father, Ben Harney, in Dreamgirls.

First National Tour

Jennie Harney toured with the First National production of the Broadway smash hit "MOTOWN, The Musical". She covered a wide range of featured roles that include Florance Ballard, Martha Reeves, Gladys Knight, Mary Wells and Teena Marie.

Originated Lead Role

Jennie Harney origiated the role of Pearl Bailey in "Pearl, The Musical".  "Pearl" garnard 5 AUDELCO Nominations including Best Actress in a Musical. "Pearl" is in the process of being mounted. More info coming soon!


Broadway Music Video

Jennie was asked to play Glinda (WIZ) in the Broadway Music Video "The Oz Project". A mashup of "The Wiz" and "The Wizard of Oz" commemorating the 77th anniversary of "The Wizard of Oz".
